About Lauren Miller, PA-C

Lauren E. Miller, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant who has practiced exclusively in dermatology since 2008. She earned her Bachelor of Science degrees in biology and chemistry, graduating summa cum laude from Jacksonville State University, and completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

Lauren has a special interest in inflammatory skin conditions, including psoriasis and atopic dermatitis, and is passionate about advancing education for both patients and providers.

In addition to her clinical work, Lauren is actively involved in professional education and leadership. She serves as chief strategist of PA and NP Education for MJH Life Sciences and is the founder of the Inflammatory Disease Summit and DermNexus, a continuing medical education (CME) congress for dermatology nurse practitioners and physician assistants focused on multidisciplinary dermatologic care. Lauren also serves on the Medical Board for the National Psoriasis Foundation, serves on their CME committee and is chair of their APP Advisory Committee. She has held multiple leadership roles within national dermatology organizations and remains committed to advancing the PA profession and improving patient outcomes.
